Meet Kim Jeluso, LCSW
Kim Jeluso, LCSW: Your Partner in Creating Sustainable Change
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive place where you can be heard, understood, and challenged in meaningful ways. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and my master’s degree from Barry University. I have been licensed as a Social Worker since 2003 and have worked in the mental health and medical field for over two decades, supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of life experiences. I am also clinically trained in the Gottman Therapy Method (Level 2), including its assessment and intervention techniques, to support meaningful change in relationships. I also completed the Gottman Treating Affairs and Trauma training.Much of my work focuses on helping people navigate relationship challenges, grief and loss, caregiving stress, and major life transitions. I understand how overwhelming these experiences can feel, and I am committed to helping you make sense of what you’re going through while building the tools and insight needed to move forward. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in evidence-based practices, creating space for both reflection and real change.Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my husband, two sons, and two St. Berdoodles —something that helps me stay grounded and present. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation and see if this feels like the right fit for you.
